Warranty Policy
Eyenetra (Eyesense) Raipur (“Eyenetra”, “we”, “us” or “our”) manages and operates the website www.eyenetra.in (“Eyenetra Platform”), through which it facilitates the sale of eyewear products including frames, sunglasses and prescription lenses (“Products”) to users of the platform (“User”, “you” or “your”).
1. Warranty Period
The Warranty under this Policy shall commence from the date of purchase of the Product from the Eyenetra Platform and shall remain valid for up to 2 Years (“Warranty Period”).
2. Eligibility
To claim Warranty benefits, customers must present:
- Valid purchase invoice or proof of purchase.
- Product in original packaging wherever requested.
- Product details requested by Eyenetra or its authorized representatives.
3. Warranty Conditions
Warranty is applicable only for defects arising due to:
- Manufacturing defects
- Design flaws
- Workmanship issues
These conditions are collectively referred to as the “Warranty Conditions”.
4. Eyenetra’s Responsibilities
Subject to the fulfillment of Warranty Conditions and validity of the Warranty Period, Eyenetra may at its sole discretion:
- Repair the defective Product.
- Replace the Product with a new item of equivalent value.
- Issue refund/store credit equivalent to the Product value.
5. Warranty Claim Process
Returns are accepted only for products purchased through EyeNetra.in and reported within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by all accessories and proof of purchase.
Customized or prescription eyewear are not eligible for return unless found defective under Warranty.
- Contact Customer Support with your order number, purchase date, issue description, and photos/videos of the defect.
- Once approved, return the Product securely packed to the nearest authorized EyeNetra store or address shared by our team.
- Our Quality Control team will inspect the Product.
- If a valid defect is confirmed, repair, replacement, or store credit will be processed.
- Refund/store credit processing may take 5–7 working days after verification.
6. Exclusions
This Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or mishandling.
- Damage caused by improper maintenance, heat, chemicals, or excessive force.
- Scratches, lens damage, or frame deformation caused by misuse.
- Products repaired or serviced by unauthorized persons.
Eyenetra’s decision regarding Warranty applicability and nature of defect shall be final.
7. Disclaimer
Eyenetra shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of profits or goodwill.
This Warranty does not cover injury or damage caused due to customer negligence or misuse.
Eyenetra’s total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the Product.
Individual manufacturer warranty cards supplied with products shall override general policy terms wherever applicable.
8. Additional Exclusions
- Minor imperfections that fall within acceptable design specifications.
- Differences in product colour or finish compared to website images.
- Suitability for specific personal requirements or uses.
Replaced products may not be identical in appearance to the original Product.
Eyenetra reserves the right to charge inspection or logistics costs for invalid claims.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Warranty Policy shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
10. Amendments
Eyenetra reserves the right to modify or update this Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice to reflect operational, legal, or product-related changes.
