Order Processing
• Once an order is placed and payment (if applicable) is received, we will process your order.• For eyewear products requiring prescription or power details (single-vision, bifocal, progressive lenses), the order will move to production only after we receive valid power/prescription details from you.• If there is a delay in you providing the prescription or power, the delivery timeline will be adjusted accordingly.• Orders once confirmed may undergo internal verification (payment security, prescription validity, address confirmation) before being accepted for dispatch
Estimated Delivery Timeline

Shipping & Delivery
• We ship to all locations in India where our courier partner has service coverage.• If your pin code is not serviceable, we will notify you and propose an alternate arrangement (or may decline if not feasible).• On dispatch, you will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking details (if available).• The risk in the product passes to you upon delivery by the courier; if you receive the package in damaged condition, please note it on the delivery challan/receipt and contact us immediately.• Delivery will be made to the address specified at checkout. Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery; repeated failed delivery attempts may incur additional charges or order cancellation.• We currently ship only within India. International delivery is not available at present (optional — if applicable).
Split Shipments & Partial Delivery
• In case an order contains items with different production or dispatch times, we may dispatch items in separate shipments so you can receive available items earlier.• Each shipment will be tracked separately.• You will be informed if partial shipment occurs.
Delivery Delays
• Delays may occur due to reasons including prescription verification delay, stock unavailability, courier/logistics delays, adverse weather, or force-majeure events such as strikes or natural disasters.• While we endeavour to meet the estimated delivery timelines, they are not guaranteed.• If a delay is anticipated, we will inform you at the earliest and provide an updated timeline or alternative options.• EyeNetra.in shall not be held responsible for any consequential losses due to delay or non-delivery caused by courier or external agencies beyond our control.
Shipping Charges & Free Delivery
• We may offer free standard shipping for most orders (subject to minimum order value if applicable).• Any express delivery or special logistics request may incur additional costs, which will be clearly communicated at checkout.• Any applicable delivery fee or COD charge (if offered) will be displayed prior to checkout and included in the final invoice amount.
Confirmation of Delivery
• After delivery, you are requested to inspect the package for visible damage before acceptance.• If damage is seen, you must record it with the courier and notify us within 24 hours to raise a quality/defect claim.• Claims for missing or damaged products reported after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted as per standard logistics practice.
Order Cancellation & Changes
• You may request cancellation of your order before dispatch by contacting our customer service.• Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation or modification may not be possible.• If cancellation is accepted pre-dispatch, any refund or store-credit will be processed after deduction of any processing, manufacturing or logistic cost as applicable.• If your order is returned due to incomplete/incorrect address or repeated non-availability of recipient, we may deduct two-way shipping charges before issuing store credit/refund.
