Delivery & Shipping Policy

At EyeNetra.in, we aim to deliver your eyewear safely and efficiently. Please read our delivery and shipping terms carefully before placing your order.


Order Processing

  • Once an order is placed and payment is received, we begin processing your order.
  • For prescription eyewear orders, production begins only after valid prescription/power details are received.
  • Delays in providing prescription details may affect delivery timelines.
  • Orders may undergo internal verification including payment checks, prescription validation, and address confirmation before dispatch.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

  • Standard products (non-prescription sunglasses & accessories): 3–7 business days from dispatch.
  • Prescription eyewear (single vision): Approx. 5–8 business days after receiving valid prescription.
  • Progressive/Bifocal lenses: Approx. 7–12 business days after receiving valid prescription.
  • Timelines are estimates and may vary due to stock availability, production checks, or logistics.
  • Delivery dates are indicative and not guaranteed.
  • In rare situations where delays occur, our team will inform you with updated timelines.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India wherever our courier partners provide service coverage.
  • If your pin code is not serviceable, we will notify you regarding alternative arrangements.
  • Shipment confirmation and tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched.
  • Risk and responsibility for the product pass to the customer upon successful delivery.
  • Please inspect the package upon delivery and report visible damage immediately.
  • Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the order.
  • We currently deliver only within India.

Split Shipments & Partial Delivery

  • Orders containing products with different dispatch timelines may be shipped separately.
  • Each shipment may have separate tracking information.
  • Customers will be informed if partial shipments occur.

Delivery Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to prescription verification, stock availability, logistics issues, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen force-majeure events.

While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, they are not guaranteed.

EyeNetra.in shall not be responsible for delays caused by courier companies or external agencies beyond our control.


Shipping Charges & Free Delivery

  • We may offer free standard shipping on eligible orders.
  • Express delivery or special logistics requests may incur additional charges.
  • Applicable delivery fees or COD charges will be shown during checkout.

Confirmation of Delivery

  • Customers should inspect packages for visible damage before accepting delivery.
  • Any visible damage must be reported to the courier and to us within 24 hours.
  • Claims for missing or damaged products reported after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Order Cancellation & Changes

  • Order cancellation requests must be made before dispatch.
  • Once dispatched, cancellations or modifications may not be possible.
  • Approved cancellations may be processed after deducting applicable processing or logistics costs.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect address or customer unavailability may incur two-way shipping deductions.
