Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

Your satisfaction means everything to us! If you're not happy with your eyewear, we’re here to help. Please read our policy carefully before requesting a return or exchange.


7-Day Return Window

  • Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days from the date your order was delivered.
  • No returns or exchanges are accepted after 7 days.
  • Days are counted from the delivery date until pickup by our logistics partner.

Refunds

  • No cash or bank refunds are provided.
  • Refunds are only issued as store credit in cases of verified manufacturing defects.
  • Full refunds are not possible.
  • Store credits have no expiry date and can be used anytime on our website.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available only for products currently in stock.
  • Custom or specially ordered products are not eligible for exchange.
  • Once approved, store credit will be issued for your next purchase.
  • If the new product costs more, you pay the difference.
  • If the new product costs less, remaining balance stays in your store credit.

Pre-Conditions for Return or Exchange

Contact Lenses

  • Must be unopened, sealed, and in original condition.
  • Opened or tampered products cannot be accepted.

Sunglasses & Frames

  • Products must be unused and unworn.
  • Proof of purchase/invoice is mandatory.
  • Return all original items including tags, box, warranty card, care guide, and dust bag.
  • Products must be packed securely to avoid transit damage.
  • Online purchases cannot be returned to physical stores.

  2. Share your invoice copy, product photos, and reason for return or exchange.
  3. Our support team will guide you with return instructions or pickup details.
  4. Once we receive your product, we will notify you.
  5. Please allow 3–4 working days for quality inspection after receipt.
  6. Approved store credit details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping will be covered only for verified manufacturing defects.
  • Shipping or pickup charges may apply for all other return reasons.

Final Notes

  • All sales are final except for verified manufacturing defects.
  • Store credit has no expiry date and can be used on future purchases.
  • Returns not meeting the above conditions may be rejected and shipped back.
