Refund and Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction means everything to us. If you are not completely happy with your eyewear purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before requesting a return or exchange.

7-Day Return Window

  • Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 7 days.
  • The return period is calculated from the delivery date until the product is picked up by our logistics partner.

Refund Policy

  • No cash or bank refunds are provided.
  • Refunds are only issued as store credit in case of a verified manufacturing defect.
  • Full monetary refunds are not available.
  • Store credits do not expire and can be used anytime on our website.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available only for products currently in stock.
  • Specially ordered or customized products are not eligible for exchange.
  • Once approved, store credit will be issued for your next purchase.
    • If the new product costs more, you can pay the difference.
    • If it costs less, the remaining balance stays as store credit.

Pre-Conditions for Return or Exchange

Contact Lenses

  • Must be unopened, sealed, and unused.
  • Opened or tampered contact lenses cannot be returned.

Sunglasses & Frames

  • Products must be unused and unworn.
  • Invoice or proof of purchase is mandatory.
  • All original packaging and accessories must be returned including tags, warranty cards, care instructions, boxes, and dust bags.
  • Products must be securely packed to avoid transit damage.
  • Online purchases cannot be returned at physical stores.

Return Process

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp:

    • Invoice copy
    • Product photos
    • Reason for return or exchange
  3. Our support team will guide you with pickup or return instructions.
  4. Once we receive the product, you will be notified.
  5. Please allow 3–4 working days for quality inspection.
  6. After approval, store credit details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping for verified manufacturing defects will be covered by us.
  • For all other cases, return or pickup shipping charges may apply.

Minor comfort issues can often be adjusted easily. Visit any of our stores for a complimentary frame adjustment by our technicians.

Final Notes

  • All sales are final except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.
  • Store credit has no expiry date.
  • Returns not meeting the above conditions may be rejected and returned back to the customer.
